Crayfish.Whatever you want to call them, Charles and I enjoyed our first of the season, and they were delicious!!
They were pretty big considering it being a little early in the season, and they were seasoned just right. Add in that is was a beautiful, warm, sunny day, and we had a really enjoyable dinner outside.
